Our costumes come in varied sizing specifications. We strongly recommend:

1. Consult the Size Chart: Carefully review the measurement chart provided in the product description.
2. Precise Measurements: Take accurate body measurements (bust/chest, waist, hips, etc.) before ordering.
3. Asian Sizing Note: Most items follow Asian size standards, which typically run smaller than Western sizing. If between sizes or unsure, we advise selecting ONE SIZE UP from your usual size.

Any order containing both pre-sale and in-stock items will be shipped together only when all pre-sale items arrive at our warehouse.In-Stock Items:

• Orders with in-stock items only will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Pre-Sale Items:

• Marked with 【Pre Sale】 in the product title or description.
• Batch production typically requires 2-4 months.
• Your order will be processed immediately upon stock arrival.
• Estimated delivery time (ETD) is listed in the product description below. Note: ETD may be subject to delays due to production or logistics factors.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

• Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation with a full refund.
• After 24 hours: A 50% production fee will be charged. The remaining 50% of the item price and any shipping costs will be refunded.
• Customized / made-to-order products: Once production has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible, as these items are manufactured specifically to your specifications. This applies regardless of the time elapsed since ordering.

Cancellation After Shipment

Due to international logistics constraints, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. Please contact us before shipment if you wish to cancel.

EU / EEA Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

• Customized or personalized items made to your specifications (e.g., custom-sized costumes, personalized props) — Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU
• Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition

For eligible returns (non-customized items):

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

The actual product's color and design will generally align more closely with the mannequin display version than the character artwork.

For items exclusively featuring character illustrations, the final product will adhere to the character image displayed on our website rather than any supplementary visuals.

Please note:

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting conditions during photography.
• Monitor resolution settings may affect digital rendering accuracy.

1. Initial Washes: All COSPLAY costumes are made with brightly colored fabrics. To prevent color bleeding, wash garments of different colors separately during the first washes.
2. Avoid Washing Machines: For costumes with multiple colors, refrain from using a washing machine for the first washes.
3. Cold Water Soak: Hand wash in cold water mixed with a mild detergent.
4. Prevent Heat Damage: Avoid high temperatures during washing or drying to minimize color transfer.
5. Air-Dry Properly: Do not use a spin cycle or centrifuge when air-drying. Direct mechanical drying may cause surface discoloration or bleeding.
6. Detergent Application: Never pour detergent directly onto the fabric, as this may lead to localized fading.
7. Ironing Tips: If wrinkles appear, iron the garment through a clean white cloth to avoid staining or heat damage.
8. Professional Care: If self-care is inconvenient, take the costume to a professional laundry service. Inform staff about the fabric details to ensure proper handling.
