If an order contains both in-stock and custom-tailor products, the order will normally be shipped once all items are ready.

The processing and shipping timeline will generally be based on the completion of the custom-tailor product(s).

In certain situations, we may choose to ship available in-stock items separately at our discretion.

If you would like in-stock items to be shipped first, please contact us by email before shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the destination and order contents.

Custom-Tailor / Made-to-Order Products

Products marked with 【Custom-Tailor】 in the product title or description are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Production typically requires 1–4 months, depending on the complexity of the costume, supplier production schedule, and seasonal demand.

The estimated production time for each custom-tailor product can be found on the corresponding product page.

Once production is completed and the item arrives at our warehouse, the order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that all production timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing schedules, material availability, holidays, customs inspections, or other logistics-related factors beyond our control.
